The Sisterhood

RESERVE YOUR SPOT

You are invited to the table. To be apart of a sisterhood. For renewal. For encouragement. For your marriage. For your business. For your heart.

A special invite for only a group of 15 women who I believe in, want to spend more time with, and who inspire me daily.

What would it look like to be in a room together with women who inspire us as leaders, business women, wives, and moms? What would it look like if we showed up in a special place twice a year, and stayed onsite as a group, and put away all distractions and just leaned in together?

To share the hard stuff. To pray for each other. To learn and sharpen each other with new strategies for our businesses, our marriages, and our families. But also to get away for a bit and find refreshment for the constant pouring out.

That's what this group is. That's what this table is. And I can't wait!

WE HAVE THREE GOALS

To flourish - The truth is being a leader today is taxing, draining, and all around discouraging at so many levels. So many of us are being drained, but this space is for us to be filled in mind, spirit and body with other women who understand.

Integrate our families & businesses - Being a wife and mom, as well as a leader and business owner (or entrepreneur, ministry leader- you know who you are!) can sometimes be HARD. We explore all the unique ways we can pour into our families, while working through experiments in integration in our fields of work, as we share secrets and strategies from all our different walks.

Rest our Souls - It can often feel like we are constantly giving and going. My hope is that our time together will build up our faith, as we get away and have time and space to rest, hear from Jesus, worship together and encourage one another through our current trials, struggles, dreams and hopes, in a safe place.

HOW DOES A GROUP LIKE THIS WORK?

Smaller more intimate focused groups like this have a proven set of practices and framework that really work to further benefit everyone in the room in the greatest ways. Jeff and I, having been apart of and led groups like this in various settings in the past, and we've noticed a few key traits that make them successful.

Subject Matter Experts: The host regularly surveys the group to discover the topics that are most valuable for the group to learn as a whole and recruits experts from their network and the group’s network to speak to those issues during the events. Many times, the 'expert' is sitting in the room already, and we give the spotlight to one of YOU in the room to share your learned expertise in specific areas.

Creative Problem Solving: Every member is encouraged to bring their top business, marriage or family challenge to the group events and through a unique process we work together to give each owner ideas and insights for overcoming these challenges.

Relationships: Business success is often dependent on the size and strength of our network but making those friendships, and taking them beyond 'IG friends' can be a difficult slog for many business owners. Being in a Mastermind often immediately doubles the strength of many owner’s networks by giving them access to many like-minded women with similar values and similar challenges.

Support Group: Owning a business or having a prominent influence online can often be lonely. It’s tough to share everything with those working for you. We all need a group of sisters who are at our level or above to lean on during difficult seasons.

Ongoing Collaboration: The group is not only active during the two annual meetups but also collaborates in-between events. Our plan is to setup a monthly coaching call to work together to address specific areas of business growth and relational growth as women, and solve integration problems in real time. Whenever you’re struggling with major decisions or looking for big opportunities there will be ways for you to seek the group’s advice and insight.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

The Sisterhood is a private invite group, with two very specific criteria for who is in the room -- 1) women who are followers of Jesus (every one of you I look up to or are inspired in many ways in my faith!), 2) are seeking to find ways to flourish holistically -- businesses that flourish while our families, marriages, friendships, and hearts do too. Frequently Asked Questions

Jeff and I have both led, and been apart of special groups like this. The ones we are familiar with, or have been apart of, have ranged from 10k to 25k per year. That seemed a little outrageous to me :) My goal was to bring the cost down to as low as I've seen with a group like this, while still making it high enough to craft a super valuable custom experience and attract the kind of people whose businesses and lives are at level where this group will give the most benefit. Also this helps cover all the costs, and allows us to include lodging completely free of additional charge in Vermont, and subsidize the Maui one significantly compared to normal prices.  So my hope is given the price and what we have planned it will be seen as a great return on investment in our businesses, teams, marriages, and personal development.

We will cover one awesome kickoff dinner on the first Sunday night back together, as well as covering all the costs of the meeting space/venue. We will also fully cover the entire lodging and transportation for the Vermont gathering, and subsidize the lodging in Maui to something like $250 a night per person for shared room full villa. We do not cover airfare, rental car (but cover transportation from Boston Airport to Vermont farm about a 2 hr drive), etc.
